FlashRun Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlashRun ("the App"), an iOS game provided by XMediaa. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

FlashRun is an entertainment game featuring running, jumping, collecting, scoring, and level progression. We may update, balance, add, remove, or discontinue features or content as the App evolves.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and Apple's App Store rules. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or distribute unauthorized copies of the App.
• Use cheats, automation, exploits, or altered software to manipulate gameplay.
• Interfere with the App, Game Center, leaderboards, or related services.
• Use the App for an unlawful or harmful purpose.

4. Progress, Scores, and Game Center

Level progress, settings, and scores may be stored on your device. Some scores or achievements may be submitted to Apple Game Center when that service is enabled. Local data can be lost if you reset progress, delete the App, or lose access to the device. We do not guarantee restoration of local game data or leaderboard placement.

5. Virtual Content

Collectibles, charge, diamonds, lives, levels, scores, and other virtual content have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or property. Access to virtual content is a limited, personal, non-transferable license and not ownership.

6. Intellectual Property

FlashRun, including its software, characters, artwork, environments, audio, designs, text, and branding, is owned by XMediaa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use Apple services such as the App Store and Game Center. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies. XMediaa is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR OS VERSION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XMEDIAA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, SCORES, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above identifies the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
